I've had a couple copies of smart thumbs floating around for several years now, and I am not sure they are setup properly, as they got moved from one host to a new host. You have a clue on how to setup this script, verify the url strings are correct, cron jobs setup, add a design (think I have a couple templates available) and get some thumbs happening?
