Phoenix Forum: Have Room -- Need Roommate!

I just secured a room in the "Pride (Gay) Wing" at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel -- the host hotel for the Phoenix Forum!

I am now looking for a non-smoking roommate in order to afford it. :-)

The room is reserved for 3 nights -- Checking in on Thursday March 31 and checking out on Sunday April 3.

The cost per person would be $461.

That's a lot of money for 3 nights. I can do 2 photo/video shoots for that, and have change left over for McD's.

Where do these hotels get off thinking that is affordable housing??

Maybe there's one more bubble to burst, to get our economy back in line with reality.

But being at the host hotel makes a huge difference in the experience at Phoenix Forum. I am therefore hoping to find someone as passionate about being right there to room with me and share the cost.

And by the way, if you pay that for a photo shoot, how much do you pay for a video shoot as well?

I do both, simultaneously.

Photos while shooting video, recording video while shooting photos.

Gives a reality style.

Wanted to bring this to the top of the list again.

I have decided to stay from Thursday through Saturday night, so instead of three nights, it will be two -- bringing down the cost to $307 per person for the two nights.

If you were thinking of staying at the Tempe Mission Palms before, the the price is even better now! :-)

I just wanted to let you know that Grand Luxe Travel has once again negotiated a great rate of $95 a night at the Four Points by Sheraton Tempe for the Phoenix Forum. The rate is valid March 28 through April 5, 2011. It includes complementary airport and area shuttle service. Free breakfast, internet and fitness center. It also includes free parking. The rate can be booked by going to HostHotel.info or by calling Sheraton 1-800-368-7764 and asking for the Phoenix Forum Overflow Hotel rate. Last day to book at the $95 rate is March 10, 2011 or until the group block sells out.
