He became an affiliate on 12/24/2011, but never sent through any traffic, showing 0 clicks. I have canceled his account! Thanks Luke!

I sent him a "you are banned" email and actually got a response from him saying "go fuck yourself"....nice!

What is this guy doing or has done to be Fraud?
If CCBill knows he's a scammer, why don't they shut him out?

He was signing up under his own account with fraudulent memberships.

CCbill has been extremely helpful (and always is) working with me to suss this guy out, they have banned all the fraudulent signup account information (like credit card info). But don't forget, as we use NATS, we control and ban the affiliate and not CCBill. So I am passing this info on to others who may be in the same position, or using some other billing company.

Thanks Luke. He just signed up with us as 'gillss,' fortunately he didn't send any traffic or sales. We have banned his affiliate account also.
