The following is a real conversation that occurred the other night between my partner Che' and her cousin (who still lives in Maine). Short version of their childhood/background is they grew up as the Northern version of the redneck's of Virginia.

"So did ya get that storm a couple days ago that I saw headed your way on CNN?"

"Yep, we sure did. But I know spring is comin' soon."

"How's that?"

"I can see the top of the heads on the pink flamingo yard ornaments ..."
