I definitely agree with the anti circ movement. It's very hypocritical of nations like the USA to be allowing this when it's really not much different to the genital mutilation of women in Africa and Asia.

There's so much misinformation about the whole subject, and I firmly believe that any doctor who performs this without genuine medical reason should be struck off.
The make an oath, and those who do this are breaking that oath every single day.

I totally agree. I mean if you're an adult and you want to get circumcised or if there is one of the very rare medical issues that requires it, it's absoutely fine. But leave the hands off kids, be it for religion or just because "we've always done it that way". Kids are not the property of parents, they are own human beings that should be treated with outmost respect and that includes leaving their genitals the way they were born until they are grown up and might decide differently.
