As many of you know about the outrage of pirated videos through cyberlockers on the site of BestExclusivePorn (dot) com.

After harassing them and harassing them and harassing them not to mention seeking PornGuardian after them.

My intention was not to gain this, but it happened out of the blue.

I finally got an email through to the guy. I killed him with honey!

I asked that he remove our boxcovers and images. He replied back with "why?" OMG WTF, I was just irratated with his response.

I told him what he's doing is illegal and we're staying on top of him and using a 3rd party service to remove his pirated links through filesmonster. He looked and replied back within an hour and said, "I've worked so hard to put those up! and you take them down?"

I replied and said, "Yep, the gay industry is haunting over your piracy." Then I gave him the sappy story of how he's stealing money from us. How he's killing the industry. And gave him links to all of the companies that have sued sites like his.

After spending 6 grueling hours today and all of the endless hours of working with PornGuardian on having links removed.... He's starting to remove his blog posts starting with the latest ones first.

I see he's still adding new posts. What he's done is used a plugin with his wordpress site to set content to go live on various dates and times. He said content will still continue to go live (oh boy! ) for the next 3 weeks. He said by then he'll have all of the content removed.

He's only using the feature in wordpress that still saves them but yet keeps them live.

After he's made these changes, he's then going to become an affiliate to the sites he has stolen content from. (According to the site owner)

I'm hoping you guys will allow him to promote you. BUT ONLY once he has all of the pirated content removed. Until then, I would reject his sign-ups. that's not the agreement he and I made. The agreement is that he removes ALL 100% pirated content first, then promotes as an affiliate.

I think we're getting somewhere. I've already confirmed he's removed 40 posts since 2 hours ago. And the files have been removed from Filesmonster.

I really think we've made an accomplishment with this guy!

This is a Blog? Is it WordPress? Hell even if its moveable type he can remove those pending updates at any time. Change them what ever.

We've figured that out. They are relentless. Why they work so hard for pirating videos, I have no clue. They're not profiting from it.

And Filesmonster lies too. We have been given access to remove/block files immediately; their TOS states "Contradictory files will be immediately deleted. More over, they will be added to special filter, that does not allow to upload them in future" which is a full-blown outrageous lie. We have to log in to get access to "remove files" and once you're logged in, most files will appear "blocked" to you but in reality are actually still online.

Doesn't filesmonster pay pirate uploaders for people downloading their files? It's the going thing these days and is one reason why piracy has gotten so out of hand.

Um, I think just maybe Filesmonster has deleted all of his files. At least the ones I've checked; perhaps they got tired of all of the DMCA notices... we sent a ton in the past couple of days.

I spoke too soon. What happened was, Filesmonster logged my IP address and made each and every file I clicked on appear (to me) "deleted/blocked". I figured something was up with those lying bastards... so I changed my IP address and lo and behold, all the files are online! Lying, sneaky bastards!
