    Here's a Legal DMCA Form...

    Many have asked for DMCA forms. This one has been created by our lawyers. Hosts, billers, sites do not have to remove content if you just email them something like this:

    Your site at abc.com has stolen our content. here's what was stolen, remove it.

    You need to submit it legally... This is the form you can use. Just change the bold text....

    This only works for sites hosted in the United States. I had one site hosted in Germany copying my content wholesale and even creating a member area. I got their billing closed down, but a DMCA was no help at all.

    True, because the Digital Copyright Millennium Act is an Act for the United States of America :-)

    In Germany only european and german law applies - along with some international treaties.

    For those who send out DMCA's to locations within the US, feel free to use it

    However, from my own personal experiences of sending DMCA's to other countries / continents, I have gotten acknowledgment from this. Maybe some companies follow certain laws, but I've found all that I send DMCA's to respond to our demands.
