Microsoft has released its "Platform Preview 2" of Internet Explorer 10, which shows off some new features for IE, including drag-and-drop, web workers, a sandbox and further SS3 support.

These new features will bring I.E's HTML5 support close to the levels already in Firefox and Chrome. The preview is available for download from the IE 10 Test Drive site. But remember, this is just a developer preview release and its not suitable for everyday use yet!

The final release of I.E. 10 is expected to be around April 2012. You can keep up to daye on I.E. 10's development on their blog at http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ie/
