first .xxx site live

casting.xxx has gone live as the first adult porn site to use the .xxx namespace, launching less than 48 hours ago. The domain is registered to a company called Really Useful, based in the Turks and Caicos Islands. I have no idea who this may be, the affiliate link is on its own domain and currently says "coming soon".

According to ICM, about 1500 .xxx domains have been allocated to 35 porn companies under the "Founders" program. And they expect that many of these will go live before the official .xxx launch, which is scheduled for early December.

So like it or not, it looks like this is a reality folks.

LOL I don't think so, but it did not say. Perhaps its the group of individuals that pre-registered and supported this initiative from the start???? I am not really sure.

I like the $75 refund if not successful. Does it mean they keep more than 50% of your money if a domain registration you paid for can't be processed for some (obscure) reason?

When I look at their price scheme, just one thing comes to my mind: There’s a sucker born every minute!
