Certified Hosting

Hey everyone...for the last 15 all of my sites have had a 500 internal server error message.

Anyone else have Certified Hosting? Are you having problems?

I was cut-off twice by tech support so I submitted a ticket.

There's nothing under server status or server/network issues so I don't know what the hell is going on.

Edit: looks like they fixed the problem while I was typing, LOL. Sites are loading real slow though.

I was with them for 8 hours last winter. Then got a refund on the hosting plan.

Their tech support is horrible at responding but usually do fix issues quickly and have always been friendly to me when I actually get through on the phone.

If I remember right, you didn't even get setup to have any say so about their actual hosting service?

I was set up, bought a Domain. Got a refund on the hosting, but let the Domain sit there because I didn't want to pay for it all over again at my regular host.

I've been doing web and LINUX since 1994, so 8-12 hours is ample time to evaluate.

At that point, it was tainted goods.

I have to agree their tech support sucks for a managed hosting company, but other than that we have not had too many issues with them once everything was up any running.
