    just unpacked my iPad

    yup, taking the plunge into the 21st century with a new iPad LOL!!! Now I have to figure out what the hell to do with it.

    Well, that's good for starters..sorta like learning how to ride a bike..you get one with them training wheels on 'em.

    When you're ready for a REALLY good "pad"..let me know and I'll point ya into the ANDROID direction!

    LOL @ the bathroom literature!!! I did get a few apps and some free books to start off with. Thankfully, I got a free $100 gift card for iTunes too, as I can see the cost of these apps adding up quickly! So which apps do you guys suggest I get?

    I don't have an i-pad but have read that many apps for the i-phone work just as well on the i-pad.

    I have an app that lets me turn on or off the lights in my house. People love it and it is very useful during those "I heard something" in the middle of the night moments.

    i love my iPads however, i was considering a 10.1 galaxy pad cuz i dun have an android device

    so you rooted but what for? free apps or is there homebrew thats worthwhile?
