Big news today! We're extremely proud and honoured to announce that we have partnered with blakemason.com

Montreal, August 30th, 2011 – Stunner Media, owner and operator of gay affiliate programs BoyCrushCash, StandAhead and Phoenixxx, announced an online marketing and affiliate management pact with the biggest British gay online video site BlakeMason.com.

“Recent changes to UK law prompted BlakeMason to accept the great deal offered by stunner” said Adam Mason, Managing Director of Thor Media Ltd. He also called the pact "a significant milestone in the evolution of our business. BlakeMasonCash and Stunner Media are coming together at the nexus of many major trends in the adult market."

IndieBucks, the new Stunner Media program will feature sites from multiple different partners looking to leverage Stunner Media’s infrastructure to improve their online marketing.

All online video on-demand sites run by a UK based company must register with the new government watchdog ATVOD. They are responsible for regulating all content and aim to ensure that sites run by UK companies do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to access porn.

It's pretty complicated... but that's a nice easy summary. Basically, if you run a UK based adult site you now have to make sure that there are no sexually explicit images / videos on your tour. :rain:

A month or so ago over on GD there was a thread about UK tax laws pertaining to VOD.

Someone was crying that they didn't have enough margin with the new tax rate for UK based member sites.*

I frequently come across models who don't want to shoot a solo for 150 GBP because some site was paying them 300-400 GBP.

I was thinking, if the site paid 200 instead of 400' they'd have enough for taxes, and the model would have a more realistic measure of what a solo shoot is worth.

More sponsor programs should use CCBill as something like a secondary. Unfortunately, we only promote CCBill sites, and just a couple of others whom have been friends of ours over the years.
