Now Hiring A Designer

Good day all I need a some help here! I need a designer ASAP.
1. I am looking for someone that can have a phone communication at least in the beginning. I find it really hard to get my ideas across in ICQ and email!
2. Someone that has worked with a GLBT sites. would be help full
3. Strong knowledge CSS, HTML, logo design and so on
4. Full social network integration would be a plus.

This is a new project using branded content and blogs and a small tube, So I would need a great header with tabs below, that could work on all my pages blogs, tube, merchandise and other plug in content like a AEBN and so on. I do have a budget!
