I just got auto-updated, of course my plugins got disabled again. I wish the update process would let you keep active plugins instead of making you add that extra "don't check" setting for each and every version.

FYI, the way to stop that compatability check is to type into the URL box this...
    about:config

and then right click anywhere in the browser window and select...
    New: Boolean

And enter this as the name:
    extensions.checkCompatibility.7.0

and select False for the value

(note that the extensions.checkCompatibility.7.0 has to be changed every time it updates, so if you are on version 6 you would use extensions.checkCompatibility.6.0)

will that boolean thingy let firefox be compatible with roboform again? It hasn't worked with it for the last 2 upgrades. Big waste of money for me when roboform doesn't upgrade also, IMHO.

it doesn't let plugins be compatible, it simply doesn't check if a plugin is compatible or not and therefore doesn't stop incompatible plugins.

Try it, I am pretty sure it will work ok with roboform. Or the other option is to update roboform, it was only a couple days after FF6 was released before they updated their version, I am sure they will update again to add the FF7 compatability: http://www.roboform.com/support/news
