HPV type 16 and 18 have been linked to pharynx and tonsil cancer for years. The thing now is that with better molecular testing it is being linked in more cases than previously believed.
Knowing is half the battle but it hasn't stopped me from performing potentially cancer causing activities.
Wasn't there a time when beer and/or milk was causing cancer? Oh yes, and before I forget, the world is supposed to end in 2012. :boring:
Don't forget bacon. Bacon was public enemy number one on the cancer front at one time.
