There seems to be a bunch of Drupal sites that contain spam links to share master.

Billing is done on a site called get . themediadownloader . com
With a convoluted host out of Utah

I have not paid the $4.95, so I don't have domain names / IPs of where the files are downloaded from.

Obviously this is a ring of thieves, with each sharing one part of the task of listing files, billing, and serving... But each is complicit...

There are dozens of my .pdf files, stolen and hacked, and being given away for free to people who purchase $4.95 memberships, via complicity of netelligent .ca , plimus .com and west host .com .

Even though their previous e-mail, which spelled punt the DMCA procedure, gave the e-mail address to send it to.

Our obligation as a Canadian ISP are to forward copyright infringement notices
to the client hosting the content. Once we have done that, our role in the
process is finished. Legal documentation would be required to force the
takedown of this content.

Does anyone know the bastards at Hosting Services, Inc., which hides behind the alias of mpcustomer.com, in Utah ? They couldn't even read the DMCA notice I sent to them. I didn't know Mormons were Intellectual Property Pirates.

I've written to many of the Drupal sites that got hacked with the spam URL to the illegal filesharing front yoursharemaster . net, and they're on this and taking the spam posts down from their sites.

At least the hacked Drupal sites are being responsible, better than the commercial hosts and billers.

There are many dozens of such links, created by spambots that hack Drupal sites that are unrelated to adult and unrelated to filesharing. These sites can be found thru a simple Google search using in the search box "Male Nude Photography Nick Baer".

Amongst the legit search results including Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble, will be the hacked Drupal sites. You can quickly notice search result URLs that have /node=, or /q=, or /post number, after the domain name, often a .org.

As I posted above, this is a ring of partners in this pirate scheme.

Partner 1: yoursharemaster.net is the search engine directory. (netelligent.ca is the host, abuse@netelligent.ca). Once on the share master.net page, when you click on one of the filenames, it takes you to the

Partner 3: Plimus.com vendors@plimus.com being the biller. Once you have paid the $4.95 I presume you are directed to

At 11:30 CET, they took the files off of share master.

2 hours later, another file was removed from 4shared . com , posted a year ago by a clown who bought it on Kindle.

I also have an e-mail thread going with Drupal security, since the primary mode of advertising of the illegal file sharing was via hacked Drupal sites by spambots.

I've also found several illegal file sharing sites that bill their membership fees via PayPal, and I have lodged complaints with PP.

PP won't let me sell my nude photo eBooks thru them, but they do provide payment services for illegal file sharing sites! OUTRAGEOUS.

I just got an e-mail from Plimus, the biller for this illegal filesharing ring.

It is against their TOS to sell porn! So they are upset with these pirates, not because they are pirates, but because they are pirating porn!
