Do you slow down for the holidays?

I notice a definite slowdown starting around mid November. We get far less emails and less phone calls. People seem to be "holiday mode" and preoccupied with other stuff.

Do you slow down for the holidays or keep on working?

Can't say that I slow down that much, other than making room on the calendar for obligatory family gatherings and of course the "after turkey consumption" state of unconciousness~!

Same here, I work thru all holidays.

I'm working, but I do give my employees holidays off for a week around Christmas/NewYears, so things are slower that week. I do try to take a little break myself too that week, but never too far away from the computer, .

November-January are 3 of my biggest months for VOD and eBook sales, so I work very hard and long hours getting fresh product to market by TDay, then calm down and market the titles that are new and online.
