FYI, I have a Sandisk Cruzer 32GB drive and it is as useless as tits on a bull. It constantly fails, gets corrupted and requires a full formatting. Its also extremely slow, so slow that you can't even stream a video from the USB stick. I bought this brand new when I was in the USA last, I would return it but the flight to Houston is a bit expensive

Apparently this failure issue is well known, just google "Sandisk Cruzer failing"

Sorry to hear that Luke. I've got 3 Sandisk Cruzer 16 gig flash drives that work like champs for me and stream just great..and have not failed ever.

Sounds like you should not go over a 32gb perhaps. All I know is that I've never had an issue with them myself.
