This year, we had a "Rey" Christmas (the local grocery store is called El Rey) so I got bottles of champagne, gin & wine, plus some chocolates and snackies, and my fave gift this year was a little bottle of CheezeWiz!

I'm a huge fan of Lucille Ball. If you seen everything that I have, you would think I'm nuts. Every show or taping she's ever done, I HAVE IT!
My grandmother has a picture signed by Lucille Ball. They handed it over. It's 50 years old. Still in perfect condition. It's framed. And it's on my wall! I also got a signed bottle of Lilt Home Permanent that Lucy signed that's in a sealed case.
(Lilt was the covergirl back in the 40's).
And then I got a bunch of other little things.
I got myself a copy of "Steve Jobs", a picture for my office, an iPhone 4s, a new medical insurance, a few ring binders...

Che' got me an 11 Drawer rolling tool chest -- now is that a perfect gift for a tool belt dyke or what?!?!?! I've wanted one for 40 years, and now I can put all my tools in one place!
Christmas day was spent at my mom's and family gifts included a couple of restaurant gift cards and an electric blanket, which I've needed ever since the puppies chewed up my other one. All in all, it was a great holiday spent with family and friends. :love:

btw. i HONESTLY DO have a dig for paper shredders.. my old one did diamond shaped shreds, but my new one - a sankt nikolaus gift from me to myself does small tiny splinters

I can be such a Dyke sometimes...This is what my best friend said when I told her what I got. She's straight and has known me for over 22 years.
I used to be quite the drag queen back when we used candles instead of light bulbs and it's hard for her sometimes to picture me doing the stuff I do now like; building a shed, electrical, plumbing, diggin ditches for weeping systems, etc...
I needed a truck so I got one, besides the trade in the neighborhood likes it. Hee-hee!
