Cold remedies please give me some!

I am at work with this horrible cold.. it is like all in my lungs and I find it hard to breathe.. what works best for you when you have a cold! Thanks guys.. oh we are also on deadline so I can't miss work

Hot tea with honey. Drink lots of fluids. I usually up my Vitamin C intake too. It seems to help the cold run it's course quicker.

Ok, go to Walgreens and look for Vicks VapoSteam Inhaler - the portable one.

Pick up Alka Seltzer Plus in whatever form you can tolerate - liquid, gel caps etc. It deals with congestion and lots of the others don't.

Zicam does help you move through a cold faster ... at least it does for me. Hit the link for a $2 off coupon. I use the swabs.

Chicken soup, plenty of fluids, and lots of rest are still the best cures. BUT -- if that stays in the lungs - get your sweet ass to a doctor or ER... walking pneumonia is NOT fun.

I have no suggestions. I always just ride it out. Luckily, I have an over-active immune system so I rarely catch things. Still spend half my life sick. Figure that riddle out.
