Porn Guardian and I have together brought down a DVD Pirate seller on EBAY!

Down from 35 active listings, to 10 right now, and soon to be even fewer!

The Pirate was first and foremost violating EBAY policies by using unauthorized pictures - screen-grab still frames from the DVD video, rather than the box cover or face label artwork.

Porn Guardian got Ebay to delete a couple of more titles they represent today.

The Pirate is still selling StudMall , Eurocreme, Bareback Inc., AlphaMale, Raw Films.

EBAY has this program for studios called VERO - Verified Rights Owner.

After signing up, it gives you a fast track to reporting Piracy, gives you a method to contact the Seller without being "blocked", and allows you to upload your catalog, so that sellers of your USED DVDs need to list it/them according to your descriptions - not theirs!

Took almost 2 weeks to work through this, but it is now in place.

I even got his name and address! (Through VERO).

With a Feedback rating now of 3354, he operates out of a second floor apartment in a residential area.

Now, his listings show the box cover or DVD face, not screen grabs from the DVD video.

He continues to sell products from major studios. I haven't been monitoring him long enough to count how many copies of a title he's sold over time. If it is more than 1 copy of a title, and especially if it is DVD in Sleeve rather than box, he's probably copying.

Also found another Ebay Seller that might have some of my footage in his. I probably will need to win and buy it, to find out.
