I've only recently even heard this term.

Is it derogatory? Is it a niche? Is it popular?

Someone help me out here.

I have since read up on the term and its use.
Seems it was at one time much more derogatory, even an insult from one gay man to another. Now it appears to be used almost as a term of endearment.

I'm also seeing the occasional paysite with "breeding" or "breeders" in the URL, hence the reason why I asked originally.

Its historic use dates back to HIV- people who think it is their obligation - their destiny - to become HIV+. Think survivor guilt.

Almost like an obsession of non-Vampires to become bitten.

"Breeder" and "Breeding" are (or can be) very different...

"Breeder" is a derogatory term for a straight guy ("Breeders" = a straight couple or straight people in general).

"Breeding" is a bareback term used when the top does not pull out and cums in the guy's ass. It has overtones of impregnation and making babies - and from that angle it's popular with guys who are into bug chasing / gift giving - but not exclusive to them. Bareback tops are often called breeders.

What's a circuit party?

Reason I'm asking to begin with is because I recently purchased a domain containing the work "breeding". It seems apparent now that I could likely develop it into something profitable.
