    Custodian of Records

Ok i have a question about content. As you all know now, i'll try to shoot my own content. On the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement, i sure as hell don't want to put my home address information.

So how can i do that? Are there any companies where you can send the models forms and pictures so they have them on file and then i'd put their contact information as Custodian of records?

I don't know too much about that so any help would be appreciated
    Thanks

You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?

How about a Suite # instead? I think that may be a possibility. An office building with a real physical address but your suite would just be a mail box in that building. Sure, it's a little shady, but who needs stalkers sitting in the bushes outside your house?

    nope...
    that won't work...
the law requires the PHYSICAL address of where the records
    are being stored...

if they come knocking at the door of the address on the 2257 statement - they must be able to access the records without
delay and without having to go anywhere else to obtain them

I am not a lawyer - this was not legal advice..

just Bell gabbering away about something she read up on - awhile
    back...

    consult your own attorney...

and many do permit you to use their address if they
HOLD the records for you - but it probably won't be
free... and you'd have to be continually updating those
records - to add in new content documentation...

there are also some adult online accessible attorneys
that provide the same records keeping services - so I've
been told in the past - - - but I never checked that out..

I think one is the attorney at lawdocs.com ????
    not sure though...
