Why is it that I do not have the discipline to keep it there? It'll be up to 3,000 to 4,000 in a few months. It's like I'm scared to archive stuff.

It's at just two emails I still need to tend to and it's such a relaxing feeling.

i quite enjoy a app on mac called daylite, with its integration in apple mail you can take an email and quickly make a task for it using the plugin side bar on the right, which puts it in daylite and now your organized

Better then that you use it to make tasks with date and time so your organized not just 1000 or more flagged emails

You'd go completely mad if you seen mine. I have a folder for everything and not one new mail sits in my inboxes for more than a couple of hours..... I have folders for everything... bills, staff, affiliates...... open emails which includes things like waiting on banners, waiting on word back in responses.... my life is chaos and so is everything else, but those emails have got to be in check or I go mad.

My husband will come in and ask me how I mange so many email accts, it's easy.. keep them organized and dealt with at all times.

I have daylight as well. But I seem to think in a similar way as Tam does. I prefer folders and an organized excel spread sheet to keep up with people/things/etc. But I should use Daylight more often.
