    CCBill is the best biller, I swear!

    I will always stand behind CCBill.
    Paul Kluzak is the best.
    Any time we've ever needed something, they've jumped on it. It's almost as if they jump through hoops for us. We launched our mainstream site with ECSuite, man... The setup was quick and amazing.

    We first started with Verotel several years ago. The experience was so bad we'd never go back or trust them.
    We tried out Epoch, I won't even go there. Can't stand them. I wouldn't trust them with a closed out bank account check book.
    Then we went to CCBill. Epoch talked us into coming back, we did... all for a month and left faster than we went to them. Big mistake.

    Needless to say, we're happy with CCBill and they are the best and most trustworthy billing company there is. Nobody could compare. In my opinion. Kudos to Paul and CCBill.

    I'm with you on CCBill mate - I had a shocking experience with Verotel - lazy pot smoking dutch bastards.

    I haven't had any troubles with Epoch who I use as a secondary biller.

    Been with CCBill since 2005 and no complaints here.

    Our problem lied with Epoch probably 4-5 years ago maybe. Perhaps they've cleaned up their act. unfortunately we won't return but yes. I'm with you on that one. We've been with CCBill since early 2004. Love them!

    my 2 cents: CCbill has the worst system of all the billers (I don't count verotel as a viable biller - there's Epoch/CCbill/NetBilling). It's slow, it's extremely buggy, it's not user friendly and their tech support is about as clueless as it gets. I've made them aware of critical bugs multiple times over the years and they never ever get addressed.

    Epoch is rock solid and at least they don't process for file lockers and content thieves like CCbill does.

    But then again, if I was running a single small site I probably would be fine with CCbill

    I am in total agree about CCBill's so called "tech support"..not only are they pretty much incompetent most of the time, but the attitude they flash you in email or by voice is really disgusting. I think they believe their own press..that "they're the biggest and the best" and so, they don't have to put up with crap from anyone.

    Personally, I've had pretty good experiences with CCBill as a client, and so-so as an affiliate. Their user interface certainly leaves a lot to be desired though. They could surely be one of the best with a few major changes, but I'm sure we've all hit a brick wall many times trying to tell them that.

    If anything..they are reliable when you push and talk to the right people. Especially for affiliates. In this day and age, that means a lot.

    You know, we've spoken to Gary about that so many times. I won't go there. I don't think he cares. We don't even bother with him anymore.
    But you are right. As far as processing, client support, and the overall I think is great. Any need (aside from the interface), they've always jumped on it and taken care of us. :-)
