I didn't see much. Just one page on the tour? What I saw looked good content-wise. But I couldn't play any video previews.
The "guys" look gorgeous! I'd love to know how the videos were created? Poser?

I agree the concept is unique, similar to a gay porn video game. You have a strong point there. My recommendations would be to have some demo video's and/or a teaser interactive section where your potential members can experience the interactive features.
