I like "Parts" of California but not enough to move there , the News Article reminds Me almost of the thinking in the 80's with AIDS only associated with GAYS ... err ... The Adult Industry.

I really feel for You Californians ... if the Taxes don't kill You first Your backwards legislation will!

In the last week I've watched two separate interviews with black gay porn stars. In both cases when asked about getting tested they said it was left to the model to get a test every three months and the impression given was that the studio and other performers then just believed whatever the model said about the result. Meanwhile the studios covered their ass in the contract by putting the responsibility on the models. Both models have done bareback scenes and one them has done many.

I believe that in the USA the area with the largest amount of HIV+ people per capita Is the washington DC area. And its more straight African American males. But I would need to recheck my sources before I could confirm the truth of that statement.

In the 1400s and 1600s, the Black Plague, Black Death, Bubonic Plague, killed 30% of the population in central and northern Europe, including the English Island and Scandinavia.

Today, descendants of those geographic areas have some of the lowest HIV+ infection rates. (Baring deliberate disregard for risky transmission methods: unprotected receptive anal intercourse, and/or IV drug injection, with or without the co-factors of illicit drug use).

"European" does not include: African, Asian, Polynesian, Russian, Indigenous American - North and South, and others.

So it really doesn't matter too much if the African-American is str8, or bi, or gay or on the down low, AIDS is the Plague my ancestors survived in Europe, that Africa did not have.
