From what I understand Matt (owner) moved to Kentucky and none of the boys wanted to leave Vegas to go with him. There was also some talk the boys weren't getting paid and there were some financial issues. A couple of the boys started their own porn company and have a website that does quite well and I believe is still in production today.

That's why I always pay my models up front. Sharing future revenue just doesn't work.

Vegas is an interesting place to find models, but many are more high-scale than in other markets. While Hollywood is about models getting by doing photo/video projects more reasonably, cash and TFP, Vegas models are influenced by the Casino Hotel shows, where they can earn pretty big bucks as background dancers, runway models, or trade show eye candy.

Not to mention well-to-do call boys who spend the night with well-to-do out-of-towners, for whom what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

I have some great scenes that I shot here in Vegas. But I can take it or leave it. Financially, I can't compete with Hotel shows and tourists that can pay more.

I'm trying to imagine what a Kentucky Guy would look like but all I can see is a bunch of "Backwoods Alcohol Distillers" ... which I guess would be "hot" depending upon how much You had to drink! - LOL

In 2004, when the porn biz was much bigger with more new(er) sites and concepts, I went to the LA Convention Center to the LA Gay Erotica show. There was a booth by a "straight college" site, with the models and the manager.

I threw away most of the goodies in the goodie bag because of excess baggage, but now I wish I had at least photo'd the stuff for nostalgic/historical/anthropological reasons.

Funny then I never believed any of that would ever go away!
