Ads or Traffic

I want to improve my DVD sales. They are fine, I just want more.

I love to travel around the US, UK and EU, so I need a few more dollars per day.

Until I can find a reputable firm to market and fulfill DVD orders to customers, I just need to continue doing it all myself. Google isn't my best friend, so I can't do all of that on my own.

A couple of years ago, I bought an ad on a site recommended here or somewhere else. I bought one or two months, made sales, then the site went away.

I sell my DVDs (In Sleeve) for under $10, so it is possible that web masters don't want to bother being affils with low earnings potential. The amount doesn't bother me, I the Hare in this Tortoise and Hare race.

Are ads effective? Is Traffic, junk?

You should have my buddies over at pornteam.com distribute for you. Let them know Teddy sent ya.

They will duplicate and print and package your DVDs and sell them. All you have to do is send them the master.

They don't like my stuff. They rejected me years ago.

Or the fact that I have sold 13,000 copies on my own. Whichever way the wind is blowing.

I make 70-minute DVDs, and I've never paid anything upfront for inventory.

Not interested in stores. Just consumers.

I have 300 softcore titles, 300 hardcore titles, 5 bareback titles.

Always interested in reaching more consumers who have varied tastes.

Some of your fan base might like my jock/coach massage, bare feet, shower, oral POV...

We should cross-pollinate.

And/or if you know of mid-20s models looking to work.

Not sure why they wouldn't take your titles unless you don't have the proper paperwork for your models or your DVDs aren't good. Strange.

You wouldn't pay in advance for anything with them either.

I'm not looking for answers - just balancing the perception that might exist that they carry anyone and everyone's.

I'm fine with selling my own. In addition, I like the 2 sites that sell my softcore titles.

I mostly want to sell more of my hardcore titles. There's a couple of other sites - both quite old - looking at adding DVD-R DVDs to compliment VOD. That would help a lot.

Then I could give up burning and fulfilling myself.

But back to the question at hand: Who has success stories with buying (what kind of) traffic?

Are there good places to buy a $50 ad?
