    Splash Page on porn sites- are they legally required?

    I'm curious- do you HAVE to have a splash page on a porn site? Does anyone know the specifics? Thanks

    Not sure what you mean by a splash page?

    You do need your 2257 compliance statement if you want to sell in the US.

    I don't think they are legally required, but these days, it's good to have one just to cover your ass.
