So Who Is Exceptional With Flash?

Im thinking about getting some small 30-60 second games created to use as marketing tools.

Nothing to fancy but the quality of the work should be higher than normal so anyone have any suggestions as to the better flash designers to use as well as links to any flash portfolios they may have lying around

I'm no whiz with flash by any means ... so I'm going to send you over to www.hotcamera.com and have you look at the adult games they have there ... you can also have them custom design games for you.
