Christopher Steele aka Mike Dozer got arrested a month ago on statutory rape of 14-year old boy he found on Jack'D app. He's being held on $1 million bail.

Police allege Steele expressed he did not care if the victim was underage, he still wanted to have sex with the victim. Steele also allegedly sent nude pictures of himself to the victim and received explicit pictures of the victim, police said.

The victim told police that before he had sex with Steele, known to him as Dozier, he was allegedly forced to take ?hoppers? or ?poppers.?

Steele allegedly told the victim the drugs would help him enjoy sex more, police said.

The reality is more complicated than you suggest. When you read the details it seem the 14 year old was the aggressor and I would go as far as saying that Mike was the victim. The 14 year old signed up for an app and certified that he was 18. Then he kept hitting up Mike until Mike finally had sex with him. Yes, it's wrong for a 30-something guy to be the aggressor against a 14 year old. But kids can be sexual aggressors and it would appear that's what happened here. Unfortunately the law hasn't caught up with realities like that and Mike is rather fucked. Personally I feel sorry for Mike, not the kid.

I totally agree with you. 14 year olds are not all created equal and if you are a horny gay guy growing up with technology you are going to use it. By that age they have all seen hardcore porn and know what's going on and what they like.

I don't know what this dude looked like but can only assume that since he lied about his age to gain access to the app which allowed him to cruise for sex he probably could pass for a legal aged guy. Hooking up is not the same as running a liquor store...you are not required by law to ask for ID before you fuck someone.

Now...if this guy KNEW that he was getting with someone who was not of the age of consent then he is at fault but we can not always assume.
