    A lot of people downplay the Facebook community, and its usefulness, for either keeping up with real-life and/or in-person circles of friends, acquaintances and colleagues, or marketing to customers...

    But yesterday, I commented on a FB Friend's photo, in which appeared a VERY famous and influential gay porn producer/director, and 15-minutes later, HE (said influential gay porn producer/director) sent ME a Friend Request!

    That made me feel almost as warm inside, as last summer when a very famous site owner sent me a personal ACH for $150 to bridge the gap of a known stats problem.

    What makes this business and industry strong, is when people help people.

    that depends is it and 3500 of his closest friends?

    When I was more active on FB and commented on posts, especially those on more popular sites, I got trolls all the time trying to friend me because they either thought I was cute, or to drive up their friend count because on Facebook friends = popularity I suppose
