Yes they most certainly do! Most will pose from solo jackoff stills and video but many will do hardcore stuff. I think it's a combo of different factors. With a lot of the Eastern European producers its the impression and by in large reality that very little of the content will be sold/released in Eastern Europe proper and thus won't "come back to bite em in the ass", so to speak.

Here in the US it's the idea that it won't really be seen, they don't care, the money offsets that worry, and they just don't think it thoroughly through to that point.
