(It can be something totally new or perhaps some renovation or clean-up work that your existing sites need.)

You know if money wasnt an object the first thing i would do (which we want to do sometime this year or early next) is become self-sufficient.

Our own hosting company, own content provider, own design team, programmers etc etc.

Its much more cost effective keeping everything in house than having to outsource work all the time $0.02

Well Like Lee said a self contained environment is our goal.

But other than that... I would love to open a production studio to shoot content and video. We do some now but something that is a free standing company where we could do adult and even non adult.

One of the only job aspects I loved when I was on Wall Street was I got control of the corporate video studio. I don't know how it happened but it did (I think my acting came into it somewhere). ANYWAY I had the best time shooting and editing marketing and training videos. Even today, when commericals come on TV for that company... Stockard Channing is reading copy I wrote back in 1994.

It's something I've wanted to do for a while. It's in my blood I guess.

I would also finish starting my own studio for video and DVDs. They throw away more content then half the sites online have.

It'd be cool to have everything in house - and a good, knowledgeable staff of course ... I think I'd enjoy doing some of the photography. Haven't said much about it here but I did own a photo studio for over 16 years, and miss that to some extent.

Well seems like everyone has the content end handled pretty well. I guess maybe the idealist in me would like to do something different, like perhaps set up a non profit group that could deliver quality gay erotica to those who can't afford it right now, like those in hospices or something so they can enjoy some frivolous entertainment as well instead of having to worry about how to pay the medication bill or caregiver bills.
