1:- How many make an adequate living off this industry.

2:- What kind of sites ? e.g. picture, resource, services

3:- Number of sites.

4:- Amount of work put in.

i make an adequate living in this industry - although there's always room for improvement ;-)

i mostly do avs sites with photos, some galleries, and a couple paysites that are still in the tweaking process (although almost done).

i have no clue how many feeder avs sites i have - a zillion? maybe 25 sites that are not feeder including avs and paysites.

it's lots of work, but i control my hours - well, i did until recently when i agreed to manage a program for another webmaster in addition to my own stuff. now i work ALL hours *LOL*

i never spank strangers unless they're deserve it...

I work full-time in the biz and I run my own sites: three of them, all AVS. I work an insane number of hours, but I feel it's what I need to do in the beginning to get this machine up and running.

The nice thing about this business is once you get sites working for you, all you need to do is try and keep the traffic flowing to them. Once you get the machinery in place this really nice thing called rebilling takes over, and then, you can relax a bit. But never too much because you've always got to keep new traffic flowing to your site.

I'm making an okay living at the moment, but I couldn't live on my sites alone, not just yet.

Amount of work...when my other half is out at work, I work. When we're together, I don't work
