A question for RainGurl...

What kind of legal documents do you need to post the Mardi Gras/Street Fair pics?

I'm going to Southern Decadence this year and I would love to take some pics on the street for web use, but I'm worried about the legal ramifications.

Joe and David celebrated their 10th anniversary together this weekend so the anniversary I was refering to above was the milestone of their decade as domestic parters. I explain it to people as Joe and David are partners in life, and together, we're all partners in business.

When PrideBucks celebrates it's 10th anniversary, about 7 1/2 or so years from now...we'll be having a party everyone is invited too!

Have no idea how the laws change with new regulations coming, but advice I have been given in the past:
Take a few shots of things other than flashers, you are a photojournalist documenting a public event.:high: Don't post anyone who appears likely underage and don't use any single person's image for promotion.
