I'm having a bad computer day ...

Hey all,

I'm frustrated. Everything on my computer is fucked, too. TGP's aren't accepting galleries because I didn't enter the right "submitter" code, but I did. Dreamweaver's synchronization thingee isn't really working. And it goes on. Anyway, the latest thing I've notice is that the "chrome" around my browser is different. I used to be able to look down and left and see the URL of whatever link was underneath my mouse. That window's gone.

Any ideas?

Anyone else having trouble with gmail?

in IE, click View and click Status Bar (it will put a check mark beside it). hope that helps you feel a bit better!

sometimes mine does that too...
even it if is already checked...
what I have to do is close ALL browser windows
then open one browser window
go to view and no matter if the status is checked of not
I click
hit apply
do view again
on view status click again
hit apply

it's almost like you have to make it notice there's a change
going on - and then end with the one on the way you prefer it
to be - even if it takes 3 cycles to end up that way

sometimes once isn't enough

does that work ??

on your tgp submit problem - are you running it through
a MySQL path ?? is it driven by a purchased script ??

p.s. I used to always suggest clear your browsers cache
as the be all fix for everything ... LOL... but seriously
though - might as well do that ALSO...

Ouch.

I have no idea on how to fix the computer, except maybe for a nice "technical thump" or two.

I'm not having any trouble with my gmail, either, hon. What's wrong with yours?
