I live with an fantastic designer/art director who's been doing it for over 20 years and he was very happy to see so many who need his services...I guess he was thinking he'd need to be put out to pasture soon or something....

We're working on his site now....Yeehaw!!!

donno about the job but the dudes are ... a-we-so-me wish they'd show more though

I just started with this company a few months ago, rebuilt all the front ends of the sites (they were all done with one big jpg from photoshop) and started getting them marketed.

Whoever ends up with the job is going to end up dealing with approx 8 years of content (brilliant content!) that has been sort of scattered higgelty pigglety in unidentified folders... the member area navigation is just as higglety pigglety. Event though they believe themselves to be looking for a designer, more important skills will be in site navigation and architecture.

After we get the sites all sorted out and cleaned up inside and out, I WILL be starting an affiliate progrm. Their content is simply stunning, but the sites themselves don't really reflect the quality of the videos - and all the videos are CUSTOM.

On top of it, I have never in my life been treated so well or been so valued and respected at any job I have ever had. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
