Is there a consulting company that's good with gay paysites?

Hi i asked this on another board and thought id ask here.

I worked with a consultant once and he was great but he didn't know anything about gay sites and he wasn't really comfortable dealing with it.
So for me it was money down the drain.
So Im looking to hire someone to help me get a gay paysite off the ground and marketing it correctly.

any recommendations on someone good to go with?
