Bonnie is expected to become a huricanne either tonight or early tomorrow morning. But only minimal - for all of us that live in Florida we are used to these things. But caution is always necessary.
I have instructed my manager to turn down the temperature of the walkins and freezer. Plus to get as much dry ice as possible. An 8 hour power outage would require me to toss over $25,000 worth of food product.
Now WHY on my first vacation in over 8 years are y'all having not ONE but TWO Hurricanes where I'm headed???????????????????????? ARRRRRRRRRRRRggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!
