Hey man, I know 2 people that are great with it. One's busy with a site right now, the other I think, has some free time to work on other things. Hit me up with some details and contact info and I'll have him get with you about it. (He's in LA though.)
You might also want to try http://www.scriptlance.com. I talked to some programmers there about some php work and wasn't that bad. (price) They all bid for the job. :specs:

Thanks you guys for the responde. I will keep it in my notes... but I am really looking for someone close to me... i have tried already with other 3 guys of states and it does work for me... specialy when they don't even give U a phone number and you have to do everything by email. I will let you know if I won't fine anybody.
