PrideBucks monthly prizes?

I received an email about four weeks ago from PrideBucks saying I won $100 in content from their monthly contest. It said to pick out the content and send them an email. I have emailed to claim the prize four times now and never received a reply. I even tried sending an email to two different addresses of their's. I hate to bring the problem up here but their not replying to me. Has anyone ever had problems with them?

I apologize for any trouble you might have had as we're as anxious to deliver the prizes as you are to get them. I can't speculate as to what happened other then that great black hole where email goes to die sometimes.

How are you doing man? I have to say, I won this kick ass wine thingy from Pridebucks. They sent it to me right away!

I'm sure if you let little Rainy know she'll work out something to get it worked out and make things right again. Pridebucks are good folks, and I'm sure it was a spam blocker issue. Email is such a pain now with all those things. :specs:

So how many times have you used your new wine thingy?

Unfortunately, like harlan says emails can fall into that black hole sometimes due to spam blockers, isp's not playing nice to misplaced correspondence. Because you sent an email 4 times, I guarantee you it wasn't the latter.

The absolute sure fire way to get an email to us is to use our contact form, because ther is not spam blocking or isp dns issues and a copy goes to each of our staff.
