I wasn't very happy when they changed to the tickets club, so I was looking for another cc processor....strangely though, when I was asking about cc processors on the board here, Verotel was one of them that was suggested to me.
it looks like it was a DNS changeover problem since their site was still accessible via IP address http://213.218.164.136 plus their sales webpages were still online (on a different subdomain)...and now all is back to normal.

I think I read on GFY a few months ago they cancelled hundreds of webmaster accounts for having underaged content or models depicted to look under 18.
In their country, it's legal.
Their site is back up and running now looks like it was just a temporary glitch in the system
