CCBill bonus payout problems

Has anyone - be they main account holder sponsors or affiliates themselves - noticed problems with the CCBill bonus payout settings?

For example, you start off with a 50% payout for affiliates. After so many dollars of referred business, the affiliates payout % increases to 55%. Then, after yet another level being reached, up to 60%.

I have 2 sponsors who use this. With each, my payout percentage went up to the next highest level when it should have. Yet, it then went back down to the prior % the next month.

These sponsors attest to having been as surprised by the mistake as I was. One of them called CCBill to ask about the mistake and why my payout % was not permanently increased and is cutting me the check for the 10% I'm owed.

The other sponsor is in the process of looking in to it.

But I wanted to know if anyone else had seen this problem. And for those who haven't, be sure to check your CCBill sponsors' stats and make sure that if they have a tiered payout program you're actually making off of each sale what you're owed according to how much business you've referred.

Guess thats one more reason to shift payments from Stud Money over to CCBill
