Actually Patti i do beleive one of Bestats artists has a gay toon site or at least, they were planning on launching one about 2 years ago. You may like to post over on http://forums.animeresources.com and ask over there.

Although i would say other than that one person all of the toon sites i have seen have been produced by the 'big guys' and they have all used the same images within them

btw, the few existing sponsor sites in the niche have very overcrowded tour designs. also no toons or drawings in other styles, like tom of finland-type stuff or toby. not even computer rendered images - it's almost all japanese style. i keep hoping for either better tours or some different flavors of content.
