    Does anyone have a list already, or know of a place that does..

    Start here:

    for adult -- I believe there's info on Xbiz but I don't have a link handy.

    Submit press releases

    We usually hit around 10 places for adult related press releases.

    We also post it on http://www.spamboards.com and use the Xbiz newscaster although to be honest, the newscaster is somewhat of a hit or miss.
