Yeah. Unfortunately, a lot of people are doing that.
We've managed to take a few down over the last year or so but really so many are doing it, it's made to be pretty difficult.

I will mention to anyone who might come across this post and that is actively doing such things that it is something that's pursued and that efforts are being and will continue to be made to punish those that rip off the content so blatantly and encourage anyone with affiliates using this kind of content to do what they can to dissuade these people from it.

Especially if it's your affiliate program that also ends up profiting from this illegal reproduction and distribution of content.

It would be cool if someone from TopBucks could take a gander at whatever affiliate that is and remind them not to use copyrighted content to promote your sites.
I mean it really does no one any good, as that content isn't available on any TopBucks sites (or at least shouldn't be and isn't to my knowledge) and so it's fairly misleading advertising.
But also just that the guy is full on breakin' the law to promote ya.
Gotta be a violation of some kinda TOS, know'ta mean?

6. AFFILIATE'S RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

6.1 Affiliate shall only use and promote on Affiliate Web sites CHI approved advertising banners, links, and other promotional materials.

6.4 Affiliate shall ONLY use Promotional Pictures and Images provided by CHI to promote sites that are included in the Program. For purposes of this Agreement Promotional Pictures and Images means any of the images and/or videos provided in zip file format on topbucks.com.

All that from the TopBucks TOS. So the bonus is you get the cancel the dude's affiliate account and keep any commissions he's owed because he violated em and forfeited his dough

That domain's registrant can't be up to any good... They're SPEWS (Spam Early Warning Prevention System) blacklisted and everything. So goodness knows how they go about promoting their sponsors' sites.

You know, it's interesting, while I was looking for video auctions to bid on, on Ebay, I ran accross and unknowingly bought a few bootleg copies of (usually) Falcon videos. I let Ebay know, I called Falcon to let them know, but in most cases it seemed nothing happened.

With our site, not only is it in our TOS, but I am going to actively be on the look out to try and make sure that bootleg videos are not sold. We will ban sellers caught selling bootleg copies as well as reporting them to the studio. But, I think it's going to be somewhat difficult to catch a lot of them.
