I need to publicly thank Patrick from CCBill for helping me with an emergency yesterday. Here's what happened:
Earlier in the week I moved LavenderLounge.com (my main membership site) to a new host. In doing so, I didn't realize that Ibill needed to be involved to re-set the password protection. Visitors were all getting in for free and Ibill couldn't get around to fixing it. When I made my THIRD call to Ibill, I found out their offices were evacuted because the hurricane! As I'm writing this, they are still closed and no one knows what's going to happen in Florida in the next few days.
I called Patrick and explained the situation. In literally 30 seconds he had someone assigned to my case. Within a couple hours, my application was approved, I had password protection, all my Ibill customers had valid passwords again, and I was ready to accept new CCBill customers!
I wanted to switch to CCBill a long time ago, but I was afraid it would be a big mess. It was simple, thanks to Patrick's fast action in this unforeseen emergency.
