one of the bestest bestest bestest designer I know of is Bec - but.... she very well may be tooooo busy and swamped... I know lots of folks want to hire her for projects...

scorpoopieo is really goooood but I think he posted not too long ago that he wasn't taking on any new projects for awhile...

there are other really GREAT designers here on GWW as well... like Dzinebear I know I am forgetting some other great ones, so I am shutting up now...

Seems to be registered to Wild Cash but it's not on their site, and there is no webmaster link on that site which is very odd.

my experiences with outsourcing companies on design is very bad... programming yes, but design i would say do not expect quality, just grunt stuff....
